What is a giclée print?

In short, giclée prints deliver archival and fade-resistant colors to collectors when an original is not available for purchase. It's the best quality reproduction that's as true to the original as possible.

Giclée inkjet printers use archival ink that precisely sprays the ink onto archival paper, giving artists and collectors high-quality reproductions of original artwork and with proper care, these prints can last a very long time.

How do I care for my print?

Your fine art prints should be handled with care if you want to have them for a long time.

Make sure you handle prints with clean, dry hands or white cotton gloves, as skin oils can stain the paper.

Avoid touching the face of the print as this could cause permanent damage to your print.

It is recommended when handling prints, to use two hands, holding it by the corners or edges, to prevent it from bending or creasing.

Your print will come in an acid-free archival clear protective sleeve or covered with acid-free tissue paper. I highly recommend to keep your print in its protective packaging until it is framed, to avoid damage.

Never try to clean your print with a damp cloth, water or solvents

If you must clean your print, use a dry, clean, white lint-free cloth or a photographer’s lens-brush and very gently wipe off dust.

Do you have sales or discounts?

Can I return an item?

If a product(s) is damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 2 days of receipt. Take pictures of damage to shipment and/or item(s).

Refund Policy

When will my order ship?

Most orders are fulfilled from my studio in California within 14 days. Orders sent with tracking numbers can be checked once carrier has scanned in package.

My order shipped but I haven't received it?

Once your order is shipped, shipping carrier delays can be due to weather, influx of packages, etc. Sometimes packages don’t get their “origin” scan when they first arrive at the shipping carrier facility. When this happens, a package can appear to be immobile for days or even a week before suddenly appearing at a customer’s doorstep. If you’ve waited more than a week once your package has shipped, please email me at katiesusanart@gmail.com .

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

Contact me immediatly at katiesusanart@gmail.com or through the Contact page > Get In Touch form. Please include your order number and the correct shipping address.

How do I cancel my order?

In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your order, please email me at katiesusanart@gmail.com ASAP and request a cancellation.
