Do you take commissions?

What is a giclée print?

In short, giclée prints deliver archival and fade-resistant color paper prints to collectors when an original artwork is not available for purchase.

Giclée inkjet printers use archival ink that precisely sprays the ink onto archival paper, giving artists and collectors high-quality reproductions of original artwork and with proper care, these prints can last a very long time.

How do I care for my print?

Your fine art prints should be handled clean, dry hands or white cotton gloves, as skin oils can stain the paper.

Avoid touching areas that are printed and use both hands, holding it by the corners or edges, to prevent it from bending, creasing or causing permanent damage to your print.

I highly recommend keeping your print in its protective packaging until it is framed.

Do you have sales or discounts?

I occasionally run promotions. Email subscribers get notified and early access to scheduled sales. I’ll often run flash sales through social media stories, so make sure to follow me there! Sign up here for emails.

When will you release new original artwork?

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes!!! I understand collecting art is a luxury and sometimes you want it, but in a payment plan. Just send me an email or use the contact form and we’ll discuss what works best for you!

Can I return an item?

If a product(s) is damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 2 days of receipt. Take pictures of damage to shipment and/or item(s).

Refund Policy

When will my order ship?

Most orders are fulfilled from my studio in California within 14 days. Orders sent with tracking numbers can be checked once carrier has scanned in package.

My order shipped but I haven't received it?

Once your order is shipped, shipping carrier delays can be due to weather, influx of packages, etc. Sometimes packages don’t get their “origin” scan when they first arrive at the shipping carrier facility. When this happens, a package can appear to be immobile for days or even a week before suddenly appearing at a customer’s doorstep. If you’ve waited more than a week once your package has shipped, please email me at katiesusanart@gmail.com .

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

Contact me immediatly at katiesusanart@gmail.com or through the Contact page > Get In Touch form. Please include your order number and the correct shipping address.

How do I cancel my order?

In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your order, please email me at katiesusanart@gmail.com ASAP and request a cancellation.
